Gentoo install on a Fujitsu LifeBook A6110
I use the Gentoo Linux x86 Quick Install Guide as my guide and follow it step by step. If this is your first install, I would suggest you use the Gentoo Handbook.

This laptop works fine with Gentoo, so should work with any Linux distro. I wanted a laptop with a core2, 2 gb of ram and an open source graphic card. The webcam works with the uvcvideo driver. The wireless also works with madwifi. I used the core32 stage 3 from funtoo.org. Daniel Robbins the founder of the Gentoo community and creator of the Gentoo Linux operating system, maintains up to date stage's. They work great!
